I understand and agree that the ministry/charity makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, suitability, or use of any item received. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the ministry/charity, its staff, volunteers, officers, and representatives from any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from the receipt, handling, or use of any item.

I agree that I am responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and using all items safely and appropriately. I understand that all washable items should be laundered before use, and any item that is damaged, stained, unsanitary, or unsafe should not be used.

I understand that all items are free, given as-is, and while supplies last. I release the ministry/charity from responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury related to the items received.

I acknowledge that I am receiving donated goods (such as clothing, baby items, or other essentials) from this organization free of charge, as-is, and subject to availability. I understand that the organization makes no warranties regarding the safety or condition of any items received.

I release and hold harmless the organization, its volunteers, staff, and representatives from any claims or injuries that may arise from the receipt or use of donated items. I agree to inspect and use items responsibly.
